Mary Evelyn is the President and Co-Founder of 9 Lemons Hospitality, a full-service concierge and event services company known for elevated guest experiences, calm leadership, and intentional design. With a background rooted in relationship-building and operational excellence, Mary Evelyn leads the vision, standards, and client philosophy that guide every 9 Lemons service.
As President, she oversees brand strategy, partnerships, and client experience from first impression to final farewell—ensuring every celebration reflects the company’s commitment to thoughtful hospitality and seamless execution. While her expert planning team manages the day-to-day details, Mary Evelyn remains deeply involved in shaping the experience and cultivating trust with clients and partners alike.
Her leadership philosophy is simple: when guests feel cared for, everything else follows.

ANNA CLAIR BelL
LEAD CONCIERGE AND EVENT PLANNER
Anna Clair is a graduate from Auburn University’s Horst Schulze School of Hospitality Management. Majoring in Event Management, with a Minor in Business Administration, Anna Clair brings a fresh perspective to every event. She is creative, a calming presence, and intentional in all that she does. She is a hard worker and has an eye for details - and won’t rest until everything is perfect. Anna Clair enjoys helping create an experience our clients won’t forget.

RACHEL JORDAN
LEAD WEDDING AND EVENT PLANNER
With experience in event management, rentals, and planning, Rachel understands the stressors of the wedding planning process. She is passionate about creating unforgettable moments and prioritizes building meaningful relationships. She’s traveled throughout the southeast to ensure brides and families have the unique 9 Lemons experience. Rachel has never met a stranger, and you will surely call her one of your closest friends after you say “I do”.

PAYTON Mcglynn
OPERATIONS AND ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
While planning her own wedding, Payton discovered her passion for the behind-the-scenes details that make an event come to life — leading her to join the team as Operations Coordinator in 2024. She is organized, steady, and intentional.
Payton loves creating order and structure, but her greatest joy is caring for the people behind every celebration. For Payton, hospitality is a calling — and her heart is to leave others feeling seen, valued, and celebrated every step of the way!
